What steps do I take when washing hair
-When washing hair, place shampoo on hair and place hair between
your hands and move back and forth with a rubbing motion.
-Comb hair by hand or with a wide tooth comb.
-Use hair conditioner to maintain the hair after washing.

What is your return policy or exchange policy?
As long as hair has not been taken out of the original packaging, VBS Hair Collection
will accept returns in exchange for different hair.
How do I make an Exchange/Return?
Send an email stating the issue with the hair. Once the email has been answered,
then you can return your purchase. You must include a copy of your original receipt.

You can get express shipping for an additional $30.00. Standard shipping takes approximately
